Anchor Boys - Minutes

Minutes from the Joint Council Meeting held on the 9/11/10 @ 8pm in 1st Ballyclare

Margaret opened the meeting with a short reading and prayer.

Those in attendance where noted in the attendance book.

No apologies where received.

The following dates where given out:

Anchor Boy Fun & Games competition will be held in Ballylinney on Friday the 3/12/10 at 7pm. Entries for this must be with Margaret or Andrea by the 26/11/10. The NI final will be held on Saturday 29/1/11 in Antrim.

Joint Anchor/Junior Section Quiz Night will be held on Sunday 5/12/10 at 3pm in 1st Ballyclare. Uniform must be worn.

The Battalion heat of the Anchor boy colouring in competition was won by:

P1+P2 - Logan Cowie from 1st Larne
P3+P4 - Sam Lyle from 1st Raloo

The next joint council meeting on the 9th February 2011 will be a training needs session and everyone is asked to bring along a few display, craft or games ideas that we can all share. If you can also bring a pen drive there will be program ideas available to down load.
