ANCHOR BOY COUNCIL

Battalion AGM

The Anchor Boy council met before the Battalion AGM at 7.30pm on Monday 27/4/09 in Downshire Presbyterian Church, Carrickfergus.

Those present were as noted in the attendance book.

No apologies were received

Matters Arising

Margaret opened the meeting with a short reading and prayer.

There were no Matters arising but she did confirm the winners of the Colouring in Competition

P1 & P2 - Leighton Moore of 1st Larne

P3 & P4 - Cameron Elmes of 2nd Carrickfergus.

The Elections were opened by Brian Smyth and all offices where declared vacant.

The posts were filled as follows:

Secretary - Andrea McDowell
Executive Representative - Andrea McDowell
NID Representative - Gwen Law
Training Officer - Margaret McAdoo
This being all the business the meeting was closed.
