Minutes from Anchor Joint Council Meeting - Monday 9/11/09 in 1st Larne

Margaret opened the meeting with an opening devotion.

Colouring in Competition - As Brigade Council will be held in Armagh next year, the theme is Armagh 2010. This year's winning entries will be displayed in Rathmore House and at Brigade Council in Armagh in September 2010. All entries to be with Margaret McAdoo by 31/12/09. 'Reminder - use colouring pencil only'.

Fun & Games - East Antrim Battalion heat to be held in 1st Ballylinney on Friday 27/11/09 at 7pm. If you wish to enter a team, please advise Margaret McAdoo by the 20/11/09 either by email to mags_202@hotmail.co.uk or post to 202 Ballyrobert Road, Ballyclare, BT39 9RZ.

Battalion Carol Service - the joint Anchor and Junior section Carol Service will be held in 1st Larne on Sunday 6/12/09 at 3.30pm.

Working with 4yr olds - for information contact the number below. Did you miss the "Working with 4 - Year Old Training", the first time around? Monday 23rd November at 7.30p.m. at Rathmore in Larne, is an opportunity for all Anchor Boy Leaders, Captains or other Officers to come along and catch up and be equipped with the extra skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively with 4 - year olds. Registration will be on the evening from 7.15 p.m. but please let Janice know by email at nitraining@boys-brigade.org.uk or by phone 02828272794 if you plan to attend.

Web Site Resource Section - We are trying to gather any Display items, Games, crafts or programme ideas in order to set up a resource page on the web site which will help us all to find new ideas come display time or when preparing for a new session.
